Read Pg. 4 and 5.  Nelson Mandela said that Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
Malala Yousafzai said there are many problems, but I think there is a solution to all those problems and it's education.
Watch these three videos.  What do you feel are the problems preventing children from getting an education and what kind of solutions do you have for these problems? Write at least 3 good sentences and edit your work before submitting.

I feel sad because all those kids can’t get clean water. Also, they have to get up at the crack of dawn. The last reason is most of the people who get to move on is boys which is not fair.

I think we should give every child a free education and not work so hard for water each morning. Education is important because without it we would not be able to get jobs and without jobs we could not get any money. I don't find it very fair that in some places in the world you have to pay for a good education and in other places you don't have to pay.

i think that all children should have a right to have education and clean water because firstly we all can not live with out water for even three days, secondly education is very important and in some countries they do not get to go to school!

I feel bad for the children with no education because they have no schools in there area and it would be a long way to get to one. When the 2nd video ended I was surprised and shocked that only 37% of kids in South Africa get a real education at all. My way of thinking of kids with disabilities is not depression and discrimination. It’s happineness because like everyone, we are all unique but kids are disabilities are more special and unique than anyone.

i think every chid deserves to go to school. school is the main path to a succseful future. all kids need to be treated the same way even if that means everyone needs to go to school. i think a good way to help is maybe to start a fundraiser for schools that dont have the supplise they need.

I think problems preventing children from attending school is stuff like poverty, war, and inequality. I think ways we can fix those problems are by giving support to countries in times of war as well as support to those who cannot afford school by convincing the governments to make more free schools. I also think that we should let girls go to school in other countries and we can do that by taking steps towards equality.

I think we can pervent not having enough water by making goverment
controlled fresh water pipes to every one there family and house.
i feel like everyone should have fresh water instead of spending there time every day walking for a long time and getting brown water for themselves

2.1 billion don't have water from the tap and a lot of people spend most of their day getting water. also I think that every kid should go to school and nobody should be spending 8 hours a day getting water.

There are no government paid schools, so the people that attend school quickly lose all the money they have. Some schools don’t allow girls, but only allow boys. Some schools even allow people with a certain religion or belief. That is what I think is preventing children from attending school.

One of the problems is a lot kids of kids are having to do a lot of chores instead of going to school.one way we could help is installing pipes that run to peoples houses in places that do not have any clean water.

Also it's crazy that 2.1 billion people don't have access to clean water in the world. it's also sad that some people are so thirsty that they can't access clean water and they get really sick from the dirty water.

I don"t think its fair that some kids are treated different because of gender. I also don"t think its fair that some kids don"t get too have a parent to talk to just because they are in a wheel chair.

I think that is really unfair to treat people differently just because they are a different gender or a different religion and many other reasons so I think that all people should be treated equally.

I think everyone should have a free education and not have to worry about chores like collecting water and other jobs. And I don’t think it is fair for people will disabilities. We should all be treated the same way

I think everyone should have a good education. But the reason some children aren't getting any education because they can't afford it, their parents think they don't need it, or because they are too busy taking care of their family and doing chores. I also think all kids should be treated equally. It wouldn't matter on their gender, race, or even if they have a disability.

I think everyone should have clean water it’s something we need to have to survive.I find it unfair that people are judging people off of their gender and religion I think we should start treating people normally no matter their gender and religion. One thing that makes me mad Is that some people don’t care we should really help them with the water and hate they are getting from their gender, religion and more
