I think a good way to calm down is to take a deep breath and if your having problems with someone to tell them how you feel and talk about it, then creat a solution.

One way to calm down is taking deep breaths and holding your breath and counting to 6 as you breathe out. Another way is if you are in an uncomfortable situation to just take yourself out of that situation. A third way to calm down is to go for a walk or a brain break.

I take a bath and play my music really loud. I listen to music on my head phones while drawing. I hold my crystals and take a nap or put the crystals under my pillow they make me forget what I’m anxious about.

The first way I can calm myself down is drawing challenges something that I know will not be a masterpiece because it’s a challenge.The second thing that calms me down is watching a show that I’ve seen many many times where I know what’s going to happen.The third thing that calms me down is shooting free throws in basketball because they are not that hard and since your outside there is fresh air

One way I manage my anxiety is saying to my brain that if I finish this I get a reward like,baking cookies,money or shopping.If I’m in a boat in a deep lake I chew a straw or think of what I am doing afterwards since my anxiety is an 9 or 10 I panic but soon turn into a 4 or 5,the straw is way more effective then thinking.In a situation where I’m at school I know it’s going to be done in 5 to 6 minutes so I do it anyway.
